∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field from a UGC-approved university; post-graduate qualifications will be considered an added advantage;
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking/cash management/transaction banking, with a strong track record in deposit mobilization and client relationship management;
∎ Knowledge in digital platforms, liquidity solutions, and corporate account structures;
∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
∎ Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities into long-term client partnerships;
∎ High-level proficiency in financial analysis, reporting tools, and technology-driven banking systems;
∎ Strong leadership and team-building capabilities;
∎ Must be capable of working under pressure with a growth mindset;
∎ Age should not exceed 50 years at the time of application.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the growth of corporate and institutional deposits through client acquisition and relationship management;
∎ Engage with existing and prospective clients to offer customized cash management solutions under Corporate Banking Division;
∎ Monitor client transaction behaviors and identify opportunities for deposit mobilization and product cross-sell;
∎ Ensure end-to-end service delivery of cash management solutions – from client onboarding to implementation and after-sales support;
∎ Design and implement integrated cash management tools and platforms in collaboration with IT and Operations;
∎ Develop and maintain corporate MIS and portfolio analytics to guide strategic decision-making;
∎ Guide and mentor junior team members to foster a performance-driven culture;
∎ Build synergy across departments for smooth execution of cash management initiatives;
∎ Represent the Bank with integrity and professionalism in interactions with high-value clients and stakeholders;
∎ Stay abreast of market developments, digital banking innovations, and regulatory trends affecting corporate banking and transaction services.
