Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper control and valuation of inventory.
∎ Review Plant expenses monthly and be proactive in cost control.
∎ Complete monthly reporting of plant activity (including KPIs).
∎ Complete daily, weekly, and monthly statistics.
∎ Manufacturing order cost vs budget / target.
∎ Manufacturing order efficiency vs budget / target.
∎ Direct allocated cost analysis vs budget / target.
∎ Indirect cost analysis vs budget / target.
∎ Inventory management vs budget / target.
∎ Continuous Improvement and KPI reporting (including operational efficiencies).
∎ Capital projects performance reporting.
∎ Supply Chain / distribution efficiency measurement.
∎ Budgeting/ Forecasting / Planning.
∎ Handle VAT issues with Circle and Divisional VAT offices.
∎ Engagement with plant personnel including daily plant walks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert knowledge of Excel, ERP and Accounting Systems and experience with Performance based measurement.
∎ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills while handling multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment.
∎ Prior experience with long term strategic planning, investing analysis, cost management, capital budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis.
∎ Good to have sound IT knowledge.
∎ Good writing and communication skills.
∎ Willingness to work under a team.
