• Strong knowledge of garments production processes (Knit/Woven/Sweater as applicable).
• Good command of MS Excel, ERP, and planning tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Capacity Planning

• Develop and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in line with buyer requirements and shipment deadlines.

• Ensure optimal allocation of orders to production lines considering machine capacity, manpower, and efficiency levels.

• Maintain accurate records of factory capacity and provide regular updates to management.

2. Order Management

• Review order booking status and analyze order requirements against production capabilities.

• Coordinate with merchandising and sourcing teams for raw material in-house status and align production accordingly.

• Follow up on order progress to ensure on-time shipment.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality departments to resolve bottlenecks.

• Provide clear instructions and planning schedules to production supervisors and line managers.

• Attend pre-production and production meetings with cross-functional teams and buyers if required.

4. Monitoring & Control

• Track daily production output, efficiency, and wastage against the plan.

• Identify potential delays and take corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.

• Implement best practices in planning to reduce lead time and improve productivity.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present reports on production status, capacity utilization, and shipment schedules.

• Maintain accurate planning records, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.

• Support management in strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
