Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with merchandising and obtain customer specifications and reserve plant capacities/ prepare loading plans accordingly in order to meet timely delivery of garments to the customer.
∎ Schedule/ attend to merchandising, production meetings and discuss / verify production related issues and determine the effective resolution, maintain detail plan and make sure plan is secured for the immediate month, in advance in order to ensure maximum utilization of plant capacities and ensure that the budgeted capacity is met.
∎ Analyse and review customer confirmation, prepare capacity plans and instruct other production functions, update relevant planning boards / systems / documents and ensure availability of resources and its practical utility in order to facilitate the smooth production operation whilst achieving production targets.
∎ Prepare and update ERP reports / documents / pre-production schedule and other systems in order to facilitate production operations, management decision making.
∎ Review and analyse actual production against plan and inform relevant personal about significant deviations in order to ensure corrective action is taken immediately to achieve delivery targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Planning skills, knowledge of planning tools and software and knowledge of the suitability of products to the manufacturing facility, styles, machines and manufacturing processes.
∎ Communication skills and coordinating skills
∎ Sound knowledge in advance Excel and other MS office applications
