• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Working experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation methods, and patient assessment tools.
• Ability to operate physiotherapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patience in handling patients.
• Team player with a professional attitude and ethical behavior.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe use of therapeutic techniques and other instruments.
• Identify patients’ movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly
• Checking the consultant prescription summary thoroughly before providing any kind of therapy.
• Proper examination of the body region before approaching for therapies.
• Proper documentation of assessment and progression of the patients.
• In detail explanation of the techniques or equipment before starting any kind therapy
• Counseling / educate the patients and their family / care giver to prevent further injury or disability related to disease.
• Effective communication with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
• Ensure that incidence or emergency CODE are reported immediately and recorded accordingly.
• Performs all other tasks as required by the departmental rules and regulations.
