Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS
∎ Diploma in pediatric
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage acute and chronic pediatric problems in the indoor and also varied problems in the
∎ outpatient department.
∎ Implement nutrition interventions according to norms, standards and protocols, e.g. growth
∎ monitoring, screening, identification and treatment for SAM; referral of identified cases, etc.
∎ Respiration distress
∎ Low birth weight baby management
∎ Meconium Aspiration
∎ Congenital pneumonia
∎ Neonatal Jaundice
∎ Pre mature baby Management incubator
∎ All other assignment from authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in urban health programming will be an added advantage for this position.
∎ Conduct normal deliveries and supervise/assist nurse in managing the newborn.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
