∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capture high-quality photographs and visual content to accompany news stories, features, and multimedia projects.
∎ Cover a wide range of events, including breaking news, feature stories, community events etc.
∎ Collaborate with reporters, editors, and multimedia producers to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling projects.
∎ Maintain and organize a digital photo archive for easy access by editorial staff.
∎ Adhere to ethical and legal standards in photojournalism, ensuring accuracy and authenticity in all visual content.
