Educational/Competencies (Specifications):
- Should have a license from the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
Responsibilities & Context:
- General Maintenance and Regular Cleanliness of one’s own service area.
- To distribute medicine following the doctor’s prescription.
- To Keep patient’s treatment record by scanning and to take a picture of the patient’s card.
- To give Counseling and basic information about the medicines to the outdoor patients.
- To distribute patient token on waiting space.
- To make a daily quality checklist with ensuring assets status (functional or not) – Daily.
- To make the expiry date of the medicine list and submit it to the medical storekeeper in coordination with the Programme Manager.
- To maintain the pharmacy stock register.
- To give the requisition of medicine and collect those from the store.
- To check the daily balance and report to the Programme Manager
- To attend Training on Capacity build up sessions/Training on Clinical aspects, Monthly Coordination meeting, meeting regarding Clinical Issues, monthly performance and visits etc. arranged by Program Manager.
- Any work assigned as per the advice of the higher authority.
