Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist Veterinary doctor with clinical activities.
- Prepare and monitor animals before and after surgery.
- Ability to restrain and control pet animals.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at Clinic.
- Manage medical records and assists with administrative task.
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owner ensuring satisfaction to the highest level.
- Active through calling and messaging using social media.
- Maintain strong collaboration with colleagues and other departments with the highest level of professionalism.
