Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Very good skill in social media management
∎ Taking dictation and writing correspondence.
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
∎ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
∎ Operating and maintaining office equipment. Managing a busy calendar, meeting coordination, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
∎ Professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients.
∎ Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
∎ Arrange travel and accommodation and occasionally travel with the Managing Director to take notes or dictation in meetings or provide general assistance during presentations.
∎ Assuming some of the responsibilities of a managing director and working more closely with management.
∎ Supporting marketing and strategic planning activities.
∎ Follow up on pending tasks and projects assigned by the MD.
∎ Assist in research, data compilation, and business analysis.
∎ Note-taking & creating documentation filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities.
∎ Managing and assisting the Managing Director in day-to-day operations.
∎ Handle confidential matters with discretion·
∎ Act as a representative of the MD in official communications.
