Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the MD and Chairman calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
∎ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD and Chairman.
∎ Coordinate and manage office services, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, and office supplies.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
∎ Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
∎ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
∎ Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
∎ Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure the MD and Chairman is briefed on travel plans and any changes.
∎ Act as a point of contact between the Management and employees, clients, and other external partners.
∎ Manage the flow of information, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of communications.
∎ Assist with special projects, including research, data collection, and reporting.
∎ Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
∎ Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

∎ Responsibilities:

∎ Manage the MD and Chairman calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
