Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview:
Fly Far is seeking a proactive, smart, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the COO’s daily tasks and strategic responsibilities are executed efficiently. This role requires strong organizational, financial acumen, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the COO in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and analyze financial/operational reports, leveraging strong knowledge in Accounts & Finance.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and official documents in both Bengali & English.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare Excel sheets, financial models, and maintain data accuracy.
- Represent the COO and the company’s higher management in internal and external meetings when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
- Support in project tracking, documentation, and business analysis.
- Previously worked as a Personal Assistant will be a plus.
