  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.

  • Experience: Well-versed in handling the MD secretariat with prior experience in a similar role.

  • Personality: Smart, proactive, and capable of handling high-level talks with professionalism.

  • Flexibility: Willing to travel abroad with the MD when required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the MD daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Ensure effective planning, coordination, and management of all types of events.

  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.

  • Coordinate travel, both domestic and international, and accompany the MD when required.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.

  • Oversee office administration and ensure smooth operations of the MD secretariat.

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, phone calls and visitors.

  • Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and documents.

  • Prepare meeting notes and minutes.

  • Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning official engagements.

  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
