The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate requirements and ensure assistance to the CEO throughout the day with high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Headquarters, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with emails, phone calls and other communication for the CEO
∎ Prepare day to day drafts in Bangla or English as per requirement
∎ Follow-up CEOs calendar for meetings, appointments and other events
∎ Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
∎ Keep the files, folders and other documents of CEO's office organized
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, fluency in verbal and written communication in both Bangla and English
∎ Proven typing skill in Bangla and English
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application with aptitude to learn new software and systems
∎ Strong time-management skill and the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple tasks at once
∎ Experiences: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
