Quality Mart Shopping is an established e-commerce business operating successfully for the last 8 years. We are now looking for a dynamic and responsible Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our e-commerce operations and drive growth to the next level.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will oversee complete A–Z business operations including product sourcing, marketing, sales team supervision, branding, and operational coordination.
This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and a performance-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Supply Management
Product sourcing and supplier negotiation
Pricing strategy and stock coordination
Product listing and optimization
2. Marketing & Brand Building
Develop and execute marketing strategies
Manage content creators and marketing campaigns
Grow brand presence across social platforms
Monitor performance and sales analytics
3. Sales & Team Management
Supervise sales executives and page moderators
Manage retailer team and expand distribution
Ensure smooth order processing and courier entry
Monitor customer service quality
4. Operational & Administrative
Office supervision and daily operation management
Coordinate app development and website quotation collection from agencies
Ensure business efficiency and workflow management
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Prior experience in e-commerce/digital marketing preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of online sales funnel
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
Result-oriented and accountable mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 8,000 BDT
Sales Commission: Per product
Expected Monthly Income: 20,000 – 25,000 BDT (Performance-based)
After 3–6 months probation (based on performance):
Salary increment
Permanent position confirmation
