  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, ideally within a SaaS or tech B2B environment.

  • Proven success in generating qualified leads via paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

  • Experience marketing to business decision-makers (B2B) and driving free trial or demo sign-ups.

  • Experience with top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel campaigns, and nurturing leads with retargeting and conversion strategies.

  • Managed monthly ad budgets, performed in-depth analysis of CAC and ROAS, and optimized accordingly.

  • Experience scaling organic social media presence, especially LinkedIn and Twitter/X.

  • Familiar with SaaS-specific funnels, such as trial-to-paid, demo-to-close, or self-serve conversions.



Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

REVE Chat is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can manage full-funnel paid campaigns and organically grow our brand across key social platforms.

This role demands both creative thinking and analytical precision as you will strategize, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more, while also handling content and growth on social platforms.

You should be well-versed in performance marketing, audience segmentation, ad retargeting, and A/B testing, and know how to link your paid and organic efforts into a unified growth engine.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies using both paid media and organic tactics across channels such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Plan and implement platform-specific strategies that align with audience behavior, content best practices, and campaign objectives.
  • Run A/B tests for ad creatives, target audiences, landing pages, and ad copy to optimize for CTR, CVR, ROAS, or CPA.
  • Implement and manage tracking and attribution through UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
  • Design and report on campaign KPIs, including reach, clicks, conversions, CPL, CAC, retention, and ROAS.
  • Create and manage campaign dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Excel.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policy changes, and algorithm trends (especially Meta and Google).
  • Lead and support the creation of social media content calendars in collaboration with content and design teams, ensuring consistency in posting schedules and format mix.
  • Collaborate with design teams for ad creative production (static, carousel, video) and brief content teams for organic social posts tied to campaigns, seasonal events, or product launches.
  • Monitor organic growth performance, including reach, engagement, and follower trends, and identify high-performing content for potential paid promotion.
  • Track competitor social activity, emerging trends, and new formats to inform creative testing and posting strategies.
  • Oversee community engagement processes to ensure timely, on-brand responses to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Coordinate influencer and partnership collaborations where relevant to amplify campaign reach and impact.
