∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team·
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experienced in using WINDA software for pattern making & manual extra priority.
∎ Product: Must Have Experienced at all kinds of Knit products.
∎ To ensure consumption, pattern development, and grading.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100%accurate markers at best.
∎ To ensure sample quality, styling, measurement fitting etc and all technical aspects-fully comply with the buyers’ requirements.
∎ Review and understand buyer and department heads comments on pattern samplesand ensure necessary corrections as required by the buyer.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising, factories, and production team members.
∎ Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer’s expectations.
∎ Responsible for pattern making, fabric selection, proto, and tech pack preparation asper instruction of buyers.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting,merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
