• Age 28 to 40 years

• Candidates must have practical experience in patient counseling in any hospital or diagnostic center.

• 2/3 years practical experience in patient counseling.

Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital is reputed private hospital in northern part of Bangladesh. We are looking for immediate recruitment for the above post and inviting applications for the said position.

• Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide individuals with the resources they need to reach personal goals.

• Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed.

• Coordinate with social and medical agencies, healthcare providers and community outreach programs to provide clients with needed services.

• Educating patients on procedures, treatment plans, and coping mechanisms.

• They often act as a liaison between patients, families, and the medical team.

• Assisting in the development and updating of personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Managing appointments, making confirmation calls, and handling registration or discharge processes.

• Recording patient progress, maintaining confidential records, and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Management.
