Responsibilities & Context:
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally and confidently.
Explain clinic services and consultation process clearly and ethically.
Guide clients toward suitable and timely consultation booking.
Follow up on inquiries, missed leads, and pending clients.
Coordinate with doctors and front desk for smooth appointment scheduling.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, bookings, and conversions.
Build trust through respectful and professional communication.
Convert inquiries into consultations while maintaining patient satisfaction.
Achieve daily call targets and weekly/monthly conversion targets.
Maintain clinic reputation and support management with regular updates and reporting.
