Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret laboratory tests in clinical pathology and hematology.

• Analyze blood samples, body fluids, and tissues to diagnose diseases.

• Oversee hematology lab operations including CBC, ESR, coagulation tests, etc.

• Ensure quality control and accuracy of laboratory reports.

• Provide consultation to physicians regarding test results.

• Supervise lab technicians and maintain laboratory standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.

Educational Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.

• Postgraduate qualification (MD / FCPS / DCP) in Clinical Pathology or Hematology.

• Valid registration with BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital.

• Hands-on experience in hematology and clinical pathology procedures.

• Familiarity with modern laboratory equipment and LIS systems.
