∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Pastry Chef should have the culinary expertise and experience to make a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, including confectionery work.
∎ Must understand and appreciate the subtleties of flavor pairings and different tastes, and have a good aesthetic sense for food and pastry presentation.
∎ This position is responsible for the daily preparation of all baked goods, pastries, and other items and is responsible for deciding the dessert menu.
∎ Must be creative with their desert creations and continually research and test new and different dessert and baking recipes to ensure that members have an exceptional dining experience.
∎ Prepare a wide variety of goods such as bread, pan cakes, cookies, pies, pastries, sandwiches etc.
∎ Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen
∎ Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert's offerings
∎ Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products
∎ Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc.
∎ Coordinates activities with remaining staffs engaged in food preparation.
∎ Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food preparation, Food Production, food Safety, HACCP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel/ Restaurant
∎ Professional level of English is required
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic and pro - active
∎ Ability to integrate the future into decision-making process.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
