PSTC has been implementing the community mobilization program in terms of increase adoption of healthy behavior and practices by families and communities through effective BCC and media reaches. The project goal is to contribute to sustained improvements in the health status of women, children, and families in Bangladesh by increasing access to and demand for essential health products and services using social marketing tools and concepts through the private sector. The main objectives of the program is to promoting healthy behaviors among Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA) and caregivers of children under five, to increase awareness of health and hygiene practices among adolescents, disseminate knowledge among newlywed couples on family planning, the importance of Healthy Timing and Spacing of Pregnancy (HTSP) and to raise mass awareness by organizing events such as the Mela/Campaign and observing special days through rallies, discussions, and other innovative activities.

Job Location: Shariatpur-2 (Sadar-1, Zajira-1) Narayanganj-2 (Araihazar-1, Sonargaon-1)

Responsibilities:

• গর্ভবতী চেকআপ সমাবেশ আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে কর্ম এলাকার সকল গর্ভবতী মায়ের কমপক্ষে ৪ বার এএনসি চেকআপ নিশ্চিত করা
• গর্ভবতী চেকআপ সেন্টার পরিদর্শন এবং তালিকা প্রস্তুত করে উপজেলা সুপারভাইজারকে প্রদান করা
• প্রতিটি গর্ভবতী চেকআপ সেন্টারের আশেপাশে ২০-২৫ জন গর্ভবতী মায়ের তালিকা তৈরী করা
• প্রতি উপজেলায় প্রতি মাসে দশটি গর্ভবতী মা সমাবেশের আয়োজন করা
• গর্ভবতী চেকআপ সমাবেশ আয়োজনে সংশ্লিষ্ট ইউনিয়নের গোল্ডষ্টার মেম্বারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা
• সভা শুরুর আগের দিন সেন্টারের গর্ভবতী মায়ের তালিকা অনুসারে মা'দের জানাতে হবে
• মাসিক কর্মপরিকল্পনা প্রস্তুত করা ও সুপারভাইজারের স্বাক্ষর নেয়া
• সভাস্থলে বিতরণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় বিসিসি/আইইসি উপকরনসমুহ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে
• "গর্ভবতী চেকআপ সমাবেশ"-এর ব্যানার টানাতে হবে
• শারীরিক ও ল্যাবরেটরি পরীক্ষার উপকরণসমূহ নিশ্চিত করা
• গর্ভবতী মায়ের সেবা কার্ড রাখতে হবে
• উপস্থিতি ফরম/রেজিস্টার নিতে হবে
• প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক ফুলকেয়ার ও ফরবন নিশ্চিত করতে হবে
• এএনসি সেবা প্রদান করা
• কাউন্সিলিং করা/পরামর্শ প্রদান
• ফুলকেয়ার ও ফরবন প্রেসক্রিপশন করা
• যে সকল গর্ভবতী মা সমাবেশে উপস্থিত হবেন না তাদের বাড়ি পরিদর্শন করে সেবা ও পরামর্শ প্রদান করা
• ফুলকেয়ার ও ফরবন সেবনের নিয়মাবলী ও উপকারিতা বিষয়ে পরামর্শ প্রদান করা
• ইউনিয়নের চেয়ারম্যান, মেম্বারবৃন্দ এবং পরিবার পরিকল্পনা ও স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তাদের যোগাযোগ করতে হবে
• পিও-সিএম, পিও-এমএমএস এবং এমএমএস প্রকল্পের আরসিগণের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা
• প্রতিটি সমাবেশের পর ফুলকেয়ার অ্যাপে পোস্টিং করা (ফুলকেয়ার গ্রহিতার নাম ও ফোন নাম্বার)
• মাসের শেষে মাসিক প্রতিবেদন তৈরী করা
• চাহিদা অনুসারে তথ্য প্রদান করা
