• Bachelor/Honors

• Professional training or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field.

• Candidates with experience in photography will be given preference.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,Garments,Shrimp,Chain shop,Food (Packaged),Beverage,Ice Cream,Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 21 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.·       

• Understanding of printing techniques (offset, flexo, digital) and packaging materials.

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.         

Euro Foods Bangladesh is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Packaging Development Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of the function. We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Packaging Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing packaging solutions that are functional, cost-effective, and aligned with branding and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative packaging layouts, labels, and artwork for new and existing products.

• Work closely with the Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to understand packaging needs and branding guidelines.

• Ensure all packaging designs meet print specifications, regulatory requirements, and product protection standards.

• Coordinate with printing vendors and packaging suppliers for proofing, color matching, and production.

•   Maintain updated packaging design files and ensure consistent branding across all SKUs.

• Research market trends, competitor packaging, and sustainable packaging solutions.

• Support in testing and evaluating prototype packaging for durability, shelf appeal, and usability.

• Collaborate with the Production team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.
