∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Retired Army, Navy, BGB, Airforce with proven experience to work as Personal Assistant will get preference.
∎ Proficiency at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all appointments and meeting schedules of the Chairman & updating him regularly.
∎ Notify Chairman on upcoming events & formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Arrange protocol service, visa, air ticket booking & hotel reservation-related activities for the Chairman according to pre-schedule.
∎ Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
∎ Handle requests and queries appropriately.
∎ Need to handle technical issues. Any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
∎ Response & Follow-up all confidential official letters & emails of the Chairman Secretariat.
∎ Acting as a first point of contact·
∎ Look after the family affairs like, house rental, utilities bill, schools’ payment etc.
∎ Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Keep update every register and files·
∎ Keep record of every passport and travel records on hard file and soft file.
∎ Any other job assigned by Chairman.
