∎ We are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor, who can help us attain new customers and retain existing ones. They will be expected to assist in managing a team of keen sales representatives.
∎ The goal is to uphold the brand image while satisfying customers` requirements. Young Enthusiastic Candidates are Preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the current trends of the retail industry and implement them
∎ Demonstrate and execute innovative sales strategies
∎ Supervise a sales team and keep them in regulation
∎ Monitor and prepare reports of performances, and present it to the management team
∎ Communicate directly with customers and aim to gratify their requirements
∎ Maintain and organize overall products and accessories
∎ Keep a track of the in-store stock
∎ Assist customers with purchase decisions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Remarkable communication, organization and leadership skills
∎ Knowledge on fashion designing and croquis drawing
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ Ability to anticipate customer's needs
∎ Time management and punctuality is a must
Salary: Negotiable
