Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth operational skill at supply chain / inventory/ floor operation.
∎ Handling sales target and all sales matters.
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Sourcing and accumulating Perishable all items.
∎ Should have experience in negotiating the suppliers to get the better deal.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill the given target.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. Monitor inventory levels, order and purchase new items.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company & customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Cost controlling and minimizing the wastage and shrinkage of Vegetable, beef, chicken etc.
∎ Ensuring the office and staff management
∎ Idea to develop the sales and marketing of the super shop
∎ Ensuring of all department’s proper activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 3 to 5 years in super store business
∎ Must be skilled at super store base software
∎ Residence of the Manager must be in and around Mirpur
∎ Minimum (3-5) years sales experience
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
