Job Context:
∎ An OT (Operation Theater) staff nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in the operating room. This involves assessing patient needs, preparing patients for surgery, monitoring vital signs during surgery and providing post-operative care.

∎ Job Location: Hemayetpur (Singair road), Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides direct patient care to one patient or a group of patients assigned
∎ Assists in Ward management and supervision.
∎ Deliver a quality care to patients.
∎ Admits and discharges the patient.
∎ Maintains personal hygiene and comforts of the patient.
∎ Attends to the nutritional needs of the patient, pre- pares diet and feeds helpless patients.
∎ Maintains clean and safe environment for the patients.
∎ Implements and maintains ward policies and routines.
∎ Co-ordinates patient care with various health team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Hospital/Diagnostic medical lab.
∎ Must have computer skills MS word, Bangla and English typing.
∎ Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in similar position in medical/health care
∎ Facilities.
∎ Candidate must speak clearly and with well manner
∎ Self-disciplined - able to lead, train and control a technical team.
∎ Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory)
∎ Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure product quality
∎ Willing to meet on-call obligations as needed
∎ Ability to communicate effectively
∎ Must have smiling face!!
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable based on experience.
Salary increases 3 - 8% based on performance.
