Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential customers who have shown interest in NetSuite through inbound (calls, emails, product demos, and webinars) and outbound sales activities.
∎ Be part of the entire sales cycle from the opportunity qualification to analyzing business needs, providing product demos, presenting the best-suited implementation program, and finally negotiation.
∎ Identify business opportunities through initiative and creativity, as well as working closely with Product Development Team.
∎ Manage the entire sales process to successful closure, through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, planning, and revenue.
∎ Develop demos, statements of work with Professional Services team to adequately position NetSuite's solutions and services.
∎ Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet quota objectives
∎ Perform strategic planning for company's Sales & Marketing activities
∎ Work with Sales Operations to organize all content/documentation in the internal knowledge base, and maintain all other internal customer support tools and documentation
∎ Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
∎ Knowledge and experience on target marketing and market analysis
∎ Ensure prompt attention to customer to satisfy their requirements

∎ Knowledge of IT products
∎ Ability to work under pressure
