• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must

A leading international convenience store chain, and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Operations Administrator / Analyst - Store Operations to oversee and coordinate all Operation related in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

The Operation Administrator is responsible to assist the Operations General Manager in carrying out daily tasks, both routine and special (document approval, activity schedules and all administrative matters in an orderly and neat manner, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Filter and compile relevant information from internal and external sources for the Operations GM, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

• Track changes in the number of stores under each Area Manager & update area structure data to reflect organizational changes.

• Provide/present data and documents when needed by superiors, completely and accurately.

• Create monthly store performance and other data for review and reporting.

• Record results of all departmental and area activities for documentation and reporting.

• Conduct monitoring, analysis, and follow-up on fraudulent branch transactions.

• Provide supporting information to departments as needed, such as employee documents to the Personnel Department, Staff Placement Evaluation (SPE) reports to the Recruitment Department, and stock/expired goods reports to the Distribution Center (DC).

• Coordinate with related departments to collect data, analysis, create report and follow up.
