Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare the operation theatre before surgery (instruments, equipment, and supplies)
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Ensure all surgical instruments are properly cleaned and arranged
Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery
Handle OT equipment and ensure proper functioning
Maintain OT records and documentation
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for smooth operation procedures
Ensure proper disposal of medical waste according to guidelines
