Responsibilities & Context:
Directs daily security guards and supervisor operations, including scheduling, site patrolling, and emergency responses.
Recruits, trains, supervises, and conducts performance evaluations for security personnel.
Leads investigation of security incidents, breach responses, and prepares detailed reports for management.
Regular area progress visits and discussions with client management and report higher authority.
Identifying and advising on service improvement ideas.
Ensuring that all equipment provided for security guards use is present and operational.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
