Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Identify new clients and markets, including travel agencies, boutique retailers, corporate clients, and trade partners. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business expansion and differentiation areas.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
∎ Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
∎ Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in business development, continually seeking opportunities for professional growth and learning.
∎ Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
