Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after the overall operational activities of Landmark Hotel & Restaurant.
∎ Ensure that all departments deliver a consistently high standard of guest service.
∎ Plan & direct the main operation including quality, standard, and Cleanliness & guest satisfaction.
∎ Work with all departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation.
∎ Monitor the operation of Hotel, Restaurant, Kitchen and other.
∎ Food stuff preservation & preparation areas to ensure maintenance of proper hygiene and tidiness.
∎ Maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
∎ To be responsible for office stationery and equipment purchasing and regular review.
∎ Implement security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Develop and maintain performance management processes.
∎ Process recruitment, i.e. prepare and disseminate vacancy announcements both internal and external, process applications/screening, fix schedules for interviews, take preliminary interview, make arrangements for final interview, conduct reference check and further arrange for staff placement and organize staff orientation;
∎ Maintain and monitor staff related documents and staff personal records, e.g. contract papers, staff personal data, attendance, roster, leave etc.;
∎ Carry out any other assignments delegated/instructed by the superior.
