Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact with Airlines for booking, also need to continuous follow-up with them if any changes of rates that need to update accordingly.
∎ Shipment processing.
∎ Manifest making & pre-alert send to destination.
∎ Telephone handling.
∎ E-mail communications with head office & customers.
∎ Problematic shipments care.
∎ Customer Managing.
∎ Shipments Route Management.
∎ Operations packing material order to head office/ suppliers.
∎ Total Operations work follow-up.
∎ Outstanding payment follow-up with customers.
∎ Freight Shipment handling and doing communication with customer and forwarding company until shipment arrives in the destination.
∎ Export shipment (Courier & Freight) monthly/ daily billing.
∎ Provide full support to the other functions and teams when needed.
∎ Ensure on- time plan receiving from Airport Operations Team and Dispatching goods to airport timely.
∎ Weekly flight schedule sending customers.
∎ Pick-up call receiving and distributing to pick-up man area wise.
∎ Pre-release manifest making and hand over to accounts.
∎ Calculate weight, volume or cost of goods to be moved.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 5 to 7 years work experience in Courier/ Freight Forward Sector.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
∎ Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
∎ Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
∎ Be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments
