Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering in Garments Manufacturing Technology
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Product Costing and budgeting, Production planning, QC & Compliance, Sampling

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buying House Operation, Handling Buyer and Buying house, Marketing and merchandising, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership & Strategy: collaborates with Country Manager to develop the garment and material source base. Provide leadership to both operations team and with the factories in Bangladesh. Work with development team and other stake holders to create a sustainable sourcing strategy.
∎ Operations Management: Manages the seasonal production process to ensure delivery dates are met. Worked with the factories to resolve capacity, lead-time and delivery issues. Ensure communication of delivery/capacity problems to HK and Germany team. Work with material suppliers on localisation strategy and develop/monitor local material delivery.
∎ Should posses with a good sense of fast fashion market.
∎ Development and designing skills are required to understand and execute the ideas of overseas customers and offices.
∎ Training and up Grading skills.
∎ Make sure all samples are well-made and approved timely.
∎ Collaborates with the QA Manager and make sure the manufacturers are meeting the quality standards and on time deliveries.
∎ Work with the Merchandising and support them to upgrade all suppliers to meet business expectations.

∎ Must have minimum 15 years apparel manufacturing experience of which 10 years in Management/operational experience in an international Buying house.
