5 years of experience in quality control in the Garments industry.
In-depth knowledge of Production materials, methods, and quality standard.
Problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure the quality of production activities at the site.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and provide technical guidance for quality assurance.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare detailed reports on quality control measures.
- Coordinate with the related Merchandisers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures for all phases of production.
- Maintain documents in the report of quality activities and non-conformance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations at the site.
