Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking after day to day activity of Brand Promotion activity
∎ Communicating the field team on a regular basis
∎ Take regular brief from client
∎ Execute the day to day operation of field team
∎ Support the field team for recruitment
∎ Train the Brand Promotors on a regular basis
∎ Develop operation plan for field force
∎ Execute the operation plan in different location of the country
∎ Regular field visit
∎ Support the logistic team
∎ Compiling report on a daily basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good writing skill in both in Bengali & English
∎ Basic knowledge in Excel
∎ Multitasker and able to work under pressure
