∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Documentation for visa, Visa Processing, Visa submission procedure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend the weekly trips
∎ Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
∎ Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to clients.
∎ Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
∎ Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records.
∎ Meet profit and sales targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Intermediate level).
∎ Appropriate communication skills in speaking & writing (Both in Bangla & English).
∎ Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
∎ Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
