Responsibilities & Context: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about product prices and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through effective communication and product knowledge
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on new products and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online sales
- Showcasing product to the customer over the video call if the customer wants to see it. Able to work at the office from 11 am to 9:30 pm
