Job Responsibilities:
∎ User management: Management of user groups and users of the software. Setup appropriate menu permissions for the user groups and users accordingly.
∎ Management of product information: Product hierarchy, Brand, SKU, Unit Price setup & maintenance, Brand & SKU Image upload & Market Hierarchy and Field Force profile management.
∎ Customer management: Maintenance of Channels, Routes/ Beats, Sections/Visit Plans, Outlets etc.
∎ Setup all types of promotional activities and target upload & distribution.
∎ Daily backup basic data & sales database.
∎ Solving any operating problem
∎ Provide all the updated apps versions to the sales team.
∎ Live support & Apps related problem solving.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft office.
∎ Digital communication.
∎ Various type of software & hardware installation
∎ Wireless communication and Networking etc

Salary: Negotiable
