∎ M.Com/ MBA/ CA Course Complete will get preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining factory accounting smoothly, make entries in SAP.
∎ Prepare monthly factory overhead budget variance report & monitor & control all of expense with budget.
∎ Prepare AIT statement and reconcile periodically.
∎ Prepare scrap sales invoice as per approval & filling necessary documents as per SOP.
∎ Prepare Export Invoice & maintain necessary doc as per SOP.
∎ Cooperate to ensure Internal & External Accounts related audit.
∎ Prepare VAT invoice Mushak-6.3 for direct sale & Export, prepare transfer Invoice Mushak-6.5 for FG/RM/PM transfer to branch location in VAT Management Software.
∎ Receiving entry of RM/PM in VAT management System with monitor of Mushak-6.1.
∎ FG received & RM/PM Issued in VAT management system with proper monitor of Mushak-6.1 & 6.2.
∎ Ensure all VAT & Tax related compliance as per law.
∎ Prepare audit documents for NBR authority & keep filling all VAT related documents.
∎ Issuing PO, GRN, A/P Invoice in SAP.
∎ Landed cost Entry for all the imported products.
∎ Ensure QC pass of all supplies and then arrange to enter in SAP.
∎ Ensure monthly provision of factory Overhead.
∎ Prepare VAT Payable report, Local RM/PM rebate report, Input purchase rebate report.
∎ Prepare Monthly VAT return documents for preparing Mushak-9.1 in Central location.
∎ Prepare monthly Cash report & verified by the unit head.
∎ Checking & Verification RM/PM/FG, System Vs Physical & System vs VAT.
∎ Support to Store & Distribution in absence of distribution team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) relevant role
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):SAP, Reporting & computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Adhesives Manufacturing, Chemical Industry, Paints, Pharmaceuticals.
