∎ Focus on new product development, productivity enhancement, reduction in energy consumption and environmental impact will be the major drivers for R&D
∎ Bringing in economic benefits in the organization's multifarious businesses through strong pursuit of R&D.
∎ Delivering value to the bottom line of the organization by articulating multiple research techniques
∎ Continuous Product Development to maintain organization's brand leadership and Identifying different areas for research to mitigate future challenges for cement and concrete industries for a long term to maintain Brand and Cost leadership
∎ Continuous research on development of methodology and techniques to standardization, calibration and QA for improving accuracy, speed, reproducibility and cascading implementation for units of organizations centers.
∎ Imbibing the functional environment of cement production, sales and marketing and allied diversification like RMC & Building Materials with a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement.
∎ Contacts with different worldwide Research & Development Association for regular updates in innovation and developments.
