∎ MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
∎ Excellent academic background (no second/third division in academic career)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customer for flat/housing projects.
∎ Develop new clients for selling of new properties and maintain good relationship with prospective new clients/developers/agents.
∎ Manage Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities for residential real estate projects.
∎ Prepare Plan for monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame.
∎ Oversee the sales activities in a particular Zone.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Design Sales programs for assigned team members.
∎ Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis.
∎ Daily Report Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in residential property sales (flat/ apartment/ house)
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
∎ Fluency in English both written & oral
