Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the factory premises and assets.
∎ Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
∎ Oversee access control systems, including the issuance of identification cards, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor logs.
∎ Coordinate and manage security clearances for employees and visitors.
∎ Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
∎ Prepare incident reports and maintain records of security-related activities.
∎ Provide training to security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and customer service skills.
∎ Ensure the security team is well equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
∎ Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure overall security system in safe way.
∎ Oversee & Monitoring the Gate Pass, Challan, Vouchers & the whole factory Premises & especially monitoring every Security Work station.
∎ Prepare to all security documents for CTPAT Audit.
∎ Need to stay in factory Premises & Duty should be in Shift wise.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Sergeant rank or equivalent from Bangladesh Army, Navy and Airforce will be highly get preference
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Candidate should have Management Proficiency, Surveillance Skills, Analyzing Information, Coordination, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Microsoft office.
