• Experience in diagnostic centers, pharmaceuticals, or hospitals is highly desirable

• Proven track record in sales target achievement, partner relationship management, and team leadershi

Our hybrid center, AmarLab Diagnostic, located at Eastern Housing Ltd., Pallabi, Mirpur, serves the local community with reliable diagnostic services and patient-centered care.

We are looking for an Officer – Sales & Marketing who will support demand generation, execute sales & marketing plans, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the highest level of client service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support AmarLab brand awareness, market demand creation strategies, and client referral networks.
• Develop, test, and implement new market demand creation activities tailored to the diagnostic center’s catchment area, including managing field sales & marketing.
• Work closely with the central team to monitor and measure the impact of sales & marketing activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, business plans, and monthly sales & marketing plans.
• Maintain knowledge of customer base and competition; identify new market opportunities.
• Plan and organize monthly offline campaigns and events.
• Work closely with Operations Managers to track performance of field staff, develop work plans, and monitor target achievements.
• Lead, strategize, and manage field team performance to ensure multiple profitable income streams for services offered.
