Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed public or private university.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, data analysis, retail coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in handling reporting tools, databases, or sales automation software will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to retail drive or FMCG sector preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis/reporting tools.    
• Basic knowledge of Sales Automation tools such as Sales Hawk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and support field teams effectively.

Retail Drive Project Management & Coordination

• Coordinate and manage retail drive initiatives.
• Conduct SMS report analysis and ensure timely rectification.
• Track JCP of TO versus actual movement and provide feedback analysis.
• Monitor MDO activities and conduct Distributor habit analysis with actionable feedback.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and analyze TSO & MDO daily attendance and retail visit reports.
• Conduct order versus delivery analysis.
• Prepare and review Distributor monthly stock reports.

Training & Capability Development

• Provide Sales Hawk application training to MDOs and TSOs to enhance field efficiency.

Data Collection & Database Management

• Compile and analyze Distributor demographic data.
• Develop day-wise route charts for Distributors.
• Profile and document MDO routes for effective planning.
