Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile / Masters, Major in Garments / Apparel Manufacturing Technology from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of production.
∎ Guide fellow QC member accordingly to meet Quality Standard.
∎ Knowledge about Certification of ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS and others Certification. Also keep records of associated garments factories are update with tit.
∎ Ensure the existing QMS satisfies the buyer.
∎ Ensure production starts only when approved PP sample & swatch card at hand.
∎ Confirm buyer's actual Specifications and ensure that buyer's specifications are properly understood.
∎ Ensure AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ Ensure all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company's quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels.
∎ Ensure rigorous control of repairable & garments, rigorous control of rejects.
∎ Report any other deviation in QA system to Head of Quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in related field (like: Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Assurance) from any reputed organization from RMG sector.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English & Bengali.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord.
