Minimum Master’s degree from any public or private university with science background up to HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Candidates with Diploma in Footwear / Leather / Textile will get preference.

No prior experience required (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Applicants should have positive mindset with CAN DO ATTITUDE.
Energetic, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills both in Bangla and English.
Candidates should have basic computer skills especially in MS Office packages.
Able to work under pressure.
Candidate with expertise on auto CAD drawing and design will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the preparation and development of footwear samples.
Support product development team in material sourcing, cutting, and assembling of samples.
Maintain proper records and documentation of sample development activities.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during sample preparation.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to learn and execute assigned tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned by the department head.
