Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing the allover molding production activities.
∎ Responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of molding process & procedure as per buyer's quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Properly understand buyer's molding requirements and deliver them on time.
∎ Collect the Cut parts from cutting section & check the style, grain line, size & quantity.
∎ Prepare the molding & finish cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Fix up the daily production target as per discussion with cutting manager/production AGM to realize the target with quality.
∎ Maintain the molding deep & Dia measurement with foam cup.
∎ Ensure timely provide molding rejection short list and send to concern department.
∎ Able to take initiatives in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Maintain ISO, COC & GPQ, RQS requirements.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates who have real experienced in Molding Dept. of Lingerie Garment are encouraged to apply
∎ Team building, pro-active, can-do attitude and result oriented
∎ Sound communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
