Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain Export & Import Documentation.
Online Courier Booking.
Take care of bond registration issue.
Export form issue related task’s.
LC/TT form preparation.
Issuing EP.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Collect the B/L of each shipment.
Submit the export docs to the bank in a timely and accurate manner.
Submit required information and docs online as a registered export(REX).
Ensure timely submission of certificate of origin.
Collect all export original Docs and send to the factory on time.
To collect all export & import docs and keep them in proper storage.
To handle In bond and Ex-bond Register.
To handle customs gate.
To handle transport agency.
Any others task assigned by management.
